The Role
1. Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of credits;
2. Resolving customer queries in a prompt and efficient manner;
3. Processing the daily Direct Debits;
4. Processing of cash for banking;
Applicants Should Have Experience In
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
2. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages;
3. Good time management and ability to work under pressure and to deadlines;
4. Have a can-do attitude.
