They have quickly made a big impact in the business banking market, and are now a major player in this space. They have recently hired a Director of Sustainability as this is a mission that is really important to them, so there are lots of projects around sustainability you can get involved with. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute annual brand campaigns across all products, and optimise content across multiple channels. You will act as a brand guardian, ensuring all communications align with the brand identity and values. The Marketing Manager will: Deliver and track multiple marketing campaigns aligned with strategic objectives. Produce engaging collateral for events, digital campaigns, PR, and social media. Collaborate with agencies and internal teams on PPC and digital advertising performance. Maintain content compliance and approval standards across all outputs. Provide performance reports using tools like GA4 and ensure operational efficiency. Essential Skills: 5 years of management experience in Financial Services. Experience working with agency. CIM qualification is desirable. Strong experience across content, digital, comms, and events. Able to build good relationships and engage with stakeholders.
