A Clinical Negligence Solicitor is required to join a Legal 500 Law Firm based in Bristol on a full-time permanent basis. This is an opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to become a member of an established law firm that upholds its reputation for providing exceptional service to its clientele.
Title: Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 DOE
Contract: Full-time permanent, Hybrid/Flexible working
Location: Bristol
Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Negligence Solicitor:
* Manage a caseload of clinical negligence claims from initial enquiry to resolution.
* Investigate claims involving medical errors, misdiagnosis, surgical mistakes, or delayed treatment.
* Liaise with clients, medical experts, and counsel to build strong cases.
* Assess medical records and evidence to determine liability and damages.
* Draft legal documents, including letters of claim and court pleadings.
* Negotiate settlements or represent clients in court proceedings.
* Provide clear, compassionate advice to clients throughout the legal process.
* Stay updated on relevant case law and NHS procedures.
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Clinical Negligence Solicitor:
* 2 + years PQE in Clinical Negligence law.
* Be able to handle own cases from start to finish.
