Logistics Support
Based: RAF Lossiemouth
Contract: 12 Months x 37 hours per week
£18.21 Paye or £23.67 Umbrella – Inside IR35
The RAF Lossiemouth team is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Logistics Support – Off Aircraft Maintenance Bays Operator to join their logistics department. In this role, you will be responsible for the control and management of assets and spares undergoing maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and providing logistical support for critical aircraft operations.
The Job:
Oversee the movement, accountability, and tracking of aircraft spares and assets undergoing maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with military regulations.
Ensure all activities align with Mil Part 145 standards and relevant legislative requirements.
Accurately input and maintain data within both manual and electronic registers. Use the RAF Logistics MJDI system to manage inventory transfers and transactions.
Support the SFT RTP asset recovery process and the Airbrake recovery process.
Work closely with Engineering and Logistics teams across TyTAN, facilitating efficient communication and collaboration.
Experience
Competent use of the RAF Logistics MJDI system.
Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach and strong self-motivation.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Awareness of MASO145 standards and processes
