Swayne & Partners are a well-established group of three small animal veterinary practices with one larger feeder hospital practice based in and around Suffolk. The four practices work hand in hand providing exceptional care to its clients and patients, with day surgeries at each branch and in-house OOH and emergency care via the hospital branch in Bury St Edmunds. We’re looking for someone passionate about veterinary to join our friendly practice in Newmarket, working with our front of house team.

About the Role:
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the client experience is of the highest quality, ensuring that engagement with clients and patients is friendly, supportive, and highly professional.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that appointments are made promptly and that practice diaries are filled.
* Proactively contact clients to rebook missed appointments, follow up on unactioned estimates generated.
* Take payment at the end of every consultation in line with Company policy, and book follow up appointments where necessary.
* Develop clients understanding of the Kin Vet Community Health Care Plan, ensuring high take up of the product.
* Ensure that client details are up to date on all files, including insurance details, emails, contact details and patients’ weights.
* Drive compliance with managing insurance claims in line with Company policy.
* Ensure that Kin Vet Community Debt and Insurance policies are always followed.
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the reception area, greeting clients warmly as they arrive and as they call the clinic.
* Respond to incoming practice emails in a warm and timely manner.
These responsibilities are non-exhaustive and the role may require them to undertake additional and reasonable duties.
What we're looking for:
We are looking for an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, both conversational and written, who can engage and connect with others effectively. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player and have some experience working in a client facing role with proven administrative experience. Experience within a veterinary setting and/or medical setting would be beneficial but not required. You will be joining a team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and the well-being of both staff and patients.
