Up to £26,000 dependent on experience We’re recruiting a Receptionist to join our friendly team in Morecambe. As part of the Workplace Support team, you’ll deliver a professional and excellent customer experience, meet and greet, and signing in process in line with AXA security protocols. You’ll use good listening skills and your helpful nature to assist customers and colleagues. We’re seeking an individual with prior experience in a Workplace Support or Reception team, knowledge of Microsoft applications and superb customer services skills, to join our brilliant Workplace Support team. At AXA we work smart, to support the needs of our business this role is office based meaning you’ll work 100% of your week in the office. Please note, your working hours for this role will be Monday to Friday 13:00 – 21:00. What you’ll be doing: Ensure all reception activities are carried out in accordance with statutory requirements and corporate policies including health and safety, quality assurance and employment legislation. Reporting any issues or concerns to your manager. First aid trained to include administration of first aid facilities on site. Co-ordinate efficient management of the onsite meeting rooms. Frequent checks on cleanliness, configuration and equipment for meetings or conferences. Management of deliveries into/ out of site and around the building. Management of staff starter and leaver process including managing and auditing ID access control cards ensuring security policy adhered to. Assist in reception duties to support mailrooms, courier and postal requirements. Monitor the general maintenance and quality requirements of the floors, lighting, and temperature checks, including restrooms. Report faults to helpdesk. Single point of contact for CBRE maintenance staff, ensuring that jobs are completed and advising AXA staff as necessary. Monitor car parking, security passes and correct use of reserved spaces.
