Job Description The Company: Privately owned high-growth MedTech solution helping drive clinical value and patient engagement Looking to 5x their revenue by end of 2025 and close to securing Series-A funding Customer Success focussed Despite being a young business, they know that a Customer Centric direction is key The Opportunity: Lead the Customer Success strategy for this exciting med-tech scale-up The Founders want someone to come in with ideas and the confidence to implement/execute them With a client base of around 600 practices using the solution, and an ARR c.£1mil, you’ll lead a team of 3 and create a ‘best-in-class’ customer success function. Build playbooks for optimising onboarding, time to value, platform usage and maximising retention. You’ll have autonomy to build your function and team as you see fit (There is already scope to add to the team once you’re in) The Ideal Candidate: Experience within SaaS Customer Success, both as an Individual Contributor AND within a lead role. This can be a head of, team lead, or senior with leadership responsibilities. You must have both Experience working within the dental or orthodontal space. This could be working within a practice, or providing a service/solution to practices before/ Experience of building processes, playbooks and practices that drive customer usage, adoption and retention. Totally self-motivated, able to work autonomously and not only idealise things, but own the execution of them Confidence in what you know Experience working within a smaller, scaling SaaS business.
