Salary: £13ph
Position: Full-time, initial 3 months temporary position with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:00 to 16:30.
Job Description:
* Brief and debrief drivers accurately and on time.
* Prepare and reconcile delivery paperwork.
* Administer defect processes.
* Perform data entry tasks.
* Administer and report tachomaster.
* Update shipping MI.
* Check lane integrity.
* Investigate manifest errors.
* Complete Daily/Weekly/Monthly customer reports.
* Check customer centric processes are being followed (LP Paperwork).
* Reconcile warehouse system following investigations.
Skills And Experience:
* Ability to analyse and interpret data.
* Accuracy and strong compliance awareness.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Previous experience in transport is desirable.
Requirements:
* PC literate.
* Transport environment experience of at least 1 year.
