Energy Sales Executive
You will be required to call prospective clients using our dialler system with the aim of discussing and procuring a future energy contract for them. We are B2B (Business2Business) and can help clients of all sizes from your local newsagent/butcher to public schools and hospitality all the way to large manufacturers and anything in between. Your aim is to help clients find the best energy contract out there for them, secure it and then ensure when the contract comes to an end the client has no doubt they’ll use us next time.
What do we need?
We need someone who is going to come into our business and help us achieve our goals with as many of the below as possible:
· First and foremost, love talking to people, that will be the vast majority if your day-to-day role.
· Be punctual and timely.
· Be a team player but can get your head down and hit personal targets too.
· After training, be able to establish customer needs and identify how we can help those needs and secure their business.
· Be able to confidently question, objection handle and secure contracts through telephone conversations and email.
· Manage future customer needs, expectations and your diary to be available when needed.
· Be resilient and determined.
· Be motivated and come with a real can-do attitude.
· Don’t be scared to be yourself, no one likes a generic “salesy” telephone call. Put your own personal spin on things to make sure you stand out from the crowd.
· Update our CRM and be comfortable using computer-based administration.
· Finally, and most importantly, someone who is enthusiastic, positive, self-motivated and ready to put the work in to reap the rewards.
What we offer?
· A salary of £25k - £40k based on experience and proven track record.
· Uncapped commission structure with no limit on earnings £50k+.
· Working hours of 08:30 – 16:30 Monday to Friday and the opportunity of being able to finish on Friday’s half day.
