Project Manager – Continuous Improvement is responsible for the successful planning and execution of Loftware portfolio management, process improvement, project management, and delivery team support. This role manages the factors that govern project and program success; the management and delivery of tasks within time, scope and budget as well as delivering functionality agreed to within the initiatives.
The role provides project management support for other Loftware projects and assure that sound project management processes are created, implemented, monitored and maintained across the company.

Responsibilities:
1. Project portfolio monitoring and control
2. Actively provide project management support to project delivery teams with the goal to improve internal team growth and project performance
3. Create, innovate, improve, document, and educate on new processes, templates, and SOPs
4. Understand Loftware technical systems architectural solutions
5. Prepare detailed project plan for multi-phase initiatives
6. Ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
7. Provide remote leadership for delivery teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities, Loftware best practices, processes, methodologies and project milestones.
8. Manage initiative scope, time management and changes per program scope.
9. Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved team members throughout program life cycle.
10. Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management Autonomously work with reports, ideally largely automated via Professional Services Automation (PSA) system.
11. Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
12. Prepare configuration/design effort estimates to justify resource planning and allocation. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel with a clearly defined scope, effort and required delivery timelines.
13. Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members and proactively communicate specific adjustments needed.
14. Prioritize and manage solution quality issues and escalations with respective departments.
15. Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.
16. Proactively research and communicate additional opportunities for expansion within the existing customer base (land and expand).

Required Qualifications:
19. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business or related
20. 3+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning
21. 3+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross- functional matrix environment.
22. Experience in PM Methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK, ), activity and resource planning with enterprise software projects.
23. Advanced competency with software programs to manage projects, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project.
24. Experience with com and Financial Force (PSA) is a plus
25. PMP certification is a plus
