Business Development Manager Mastclimbing Systems
Job Title: Business Development Manager Mastclimbing Systems
Industry Sector: Mastclimbing, Mastclimbers, Scaffolding Solutions, Facades, Cladding, Building Envelope
Area to be covered: Scotland and North East England
Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience + uncapped commission giving OTE £60,000 - £70,000
Benefits: Company car OR car allowance + full benefits
Responsibilities:
1. Sell the hire and sale of mastclimbing solutions.
2. Work on both refurbishment and new build projects.
3. Sell to main contractors, sub-contractors, façade contractors, civil engineering companies, and other specialists.
4. Achieve a turnover target of circa £2.5m on your territory.
5. Manage order values circa £100k-£200k.
6. Focus on high-rise commercial projects such as office blocks, hotels, and student accommodation.
7. Handle multiple ongoing projects that have already been quoted.
8. Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager and internal team.
Ideal Applicant Requirements:
1. Experience as an Area Sales Manager in mastclimbing systems.
2. Passion, energy, and enthusiasm.
3. Background in cladding, building envelope, or facades.
4. Experience selling to main contractors and civil engineering companies.
5. Ability to learn and adapt from other routes in the construction industry.
6. Technical product comprehension.
7. Comfortable liaising on construction sites.
8. Money hungry, motivated, and ambitious.
