Job Description
* Manage office staff, including coordinating and overseeing their work.
* Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
* Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
* Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
* Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.
* Provide administrative support for the leadership team.
* Organise company records and ensure they are up to date.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Manager should have:
