Experience
* 2 years or more in IT Business Analysis / System Development
Desirable Experience
* Experience of working in AGILE/Iterative development environment
* Technical software development experience
* Experience of using Enterprise Architect, Unified Modelling language (UML), Agile modelling techniques
Qualifications
* 5 GCSEs of Grade C or above (including English and Maths) or equivalent
* Life & Pensions Foundation (LF1) or its equivalent
Desirable Qualifications
* Formal training in AGILE methodology (as part of the BCS Diploma) or other AGILE training e.g. Certified Scrum product owner
