The Role
We're seeking a hands-on IT Technician with good troubleshooting abilities and technical expertise to join our dynamic team. This is a high-volume, fast-paced position where you'll diagnose and repair hundreds of devices weekly while delivering outstanding customer support.
What You'll Do
* Diagnose & Repair – Quickly identify hardware and software issues across hundreds of laptops and desktop PCs weekly
* Component Replacement – Perform repairs ranging from laptop keyboard and screen replacements to motherboard and GPU installations.
* Custom Builds – Assemble custom ARGB gaming PCs to exact specifications
* Quality Control – Test, clean, and ensure all repaired devices meet our high standards
* Customer Support – Provide technical assistance to both business and consumer customers
* Process Management – Handle pick, pack, and dispatch operations for refurbished devices
What You'll Need
* Experience diagnosing and repairing laptops, desktops, and other tech devices
* Good understanding of computer hardware components and how they interact
* Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
* Problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude
* Excellent communication skills for customer support interactions

* Full-time, Monday to Friday
* Office-based position at our Weymouth facility
* £24,000 to £36,000 per year based on experience
* 28 days annual holiday allowance
