Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Services Manager who has worked in the commercial sector to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and site installation, ensuring the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
2. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
4. Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
5. Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.
6. Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
3. Strong knowledge of building services systems and relevant regulations.
