Your role as a full-time, temporary team member will be representing the Ice Cream brands portfolio on behalf of Unilever, including Ben and Jerry's, Walls, and Magnum, among others.
As part of the Dee Set team, you will work with colleagues responsible for increasing Unilever's ice cream brand's performance, awareness, and availability across various UK small-format grocery retailers. You will be the eyes and ears of the brand, conducting retail store visits within a defined territory with responsibilities for driving distribution, availability, sales, and brand engagement to enhance turnover and share using our data tools.
Responsibilities of the role:
* Visiting grocery and convenience stores to build and develop relationships with key decision-makers and adding value to the store.
* Using our data tools to identify insights and implement targeted interventions to improve distribution and availability of our products.
* Negotiating with store decision-makers to ensure maximum distribution and availability, increasing sales and brand awareness, and maintaining agreed plans.
* Acting as the ‘eyes and ears' for the brand and Dee Set in-store by identifying problems, opportunities, and gathering retailer and competitor intelligence.
* Following Dee Set's proven processes to make a positive difference for our clients.
* Delivering professional and efficient store calls.
* Recording all information accurately on an iPad using bespoke software.
We'd love you to join our team if you are:
* Experienced in Sales, ideally in the Independent, Wholesale, and Convenience sectors.
* Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
* A great communicator who enjoys building credible relationships in stores.
* Motivated by results and passionate about building brand awareness.
* Capable of delivering excellent store execution results.
* Data-driven, with the ability to analyze data to drive results.
* Holding a full current UK manual driving licence.

This is a Fixed Term Contract until 13th October 2025
