That's what we offer Head of System Service (North) Position Description Operating throughout Heidelberg UK and reporting to the National Service Manager the Head of System Service (North) is responsible for selling the complete range of Lifecycle Service products, working with sales teams, and managing /developing/directing the 2S Service team on a local and national basis when required. To maintain and expand existing accounts whilst identifying and developing new business/promotions utilising the marketing department. The position will be home based but you will be expected to attend the office when needed and take overnight stays according to business demand. Skills The Head of System Service (North) must be able to display experience of service sales within the printing industry and demonstrating the desire to succeed in a highly competitive sales arena. A positive attitude towards customer service is a necessity, as is the ability to work within a close team, whilst displaying the necessary individual initiative required to achieve and maintain sales targets. Responsibilities • Develop local marketing plans and strategies for the ongoing penetration of new and existing accounts. • Liaise with sales and service staff including Service Contracts Manager & Administrator. To develop, mentor, train, facilitate and guide 2S staff /internal sales staff / APS and others in gaining, retaining service business and other such areas. • Ensure prompt and satisfactory response and resolution to all sales and customer queries and complaints. • Ensure that the customer service marketing database is kept up to date with performance data, competitive data and market trends. • To monitor contract profitability, both individually, by product and product area. • To develop and maintain Company and product knowledge sufficient to professionally advise customers and prospects in their decisions regarding their service needs. • Develop and introduce service products which contribute to the commercial success of the Company. • Always act in accordance with the Company’s ethical guidelines and quality systems. • Other such responsibilities may, from time to time, be allocated by the Company.
