About The Job As the Content Manager at Omaze, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, management, and execution of all marketing copy across various channels. You will ensure that all written content aligns with Omaze’s brand voice and maintains the highest standard of quality. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape the narratives that drive engagement, fundraising efforts, and audience growth. This role requires an experienced content professional with strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and manage all copywriting activities, ensuring consistency and brand alignment across TV, paid and organic social, affiliate, influencer, partnership and press release content. Additionally oversee all aspects of content on CRM, web and product channels. Develop and refine campaign narratives, ensuring they effectively communicate brand messaging and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign and ambassador guidelines are effectively implemented in all written materials. Proof read and edit copy for accuracy, clarity, and engagement, ensuring all content is free of errors and adheres to brand standards. Partner with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging across all brand touchpoints. Work with charity partners to align messaging with their branding and communication goals. Stay up to date with content trends and industry best practices, implementing insights into content strategies. Support the development of new content initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance brand storytelling. About You Extensive experience in content management, copywriting, or editorial roles, ideally within a marketing or communications environment. Strong strategic thinking and storytelling ability, with a focus on brand development and audience engagement. Excellent proofreading and editing skills, with a sharp eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across departments. Experience managing stakeholder relationships and working with external partners, such as charities and agencies. Screening call with one of our in-house Talent Leads 2. First stage interview with the Hiring Manager 3. On-site second stage interview with key stakeholders – this could be other managers, peers or Senior team members. 4. Final stage interview with one of our Execs. On average, our hiring process takes around 2-3 weeks after your initial screening call.
