WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
As a Head Bartender, you will assist in driving service and exceeding our guests’ expectations along with creating, preparing and mixing drinks. Having worked in a 4* or high-class establishment, you will possess outstanding customer service skills along with a passion for the industry. Attention to detail and enthusiasm are required to ensure the customer receives the ultimate service standards they expect and deserve. You will be expected to have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
As Head Bartender, you will receive orders and serve guests' requests completely and timely while maintaining the highest level of service. You will create and serve a range of beverages including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine, and soft drinks. You will keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared at all times and have a good understanding of wines and spirits.
