Our Calvert Area (CA) of works is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join their Logistics team. This role will be based from the West Street compound which is located just outside of Buckingham. Due to the location of the site compound, we do ask that you hold a full driving license and have access to your own vehicle. We're looking for someone to maintain and update our concrete forecast file based on demand, availability and resources. You'll be liaising wit suppliers to align demand with availability of aggregate and transport planning. You'll be placing orders for requirements in advance for aggregates, cement and lime by road. We would need you to help with forecasting vehicle delivery requirements based on forecast data. We would need you to obtain concrete demand priority, based on the milestone programme and submission of 3 week look ahead. You would liaise with Calvert Managers to be aware of planned pours and project milestones. About You Experience in Material Control/Administration is desirable Experience in an Administration role Experience dealing with suppliers and customers Excellent IT skills - O365 Excellent communication skills You must hold a full driving license and have access to your own vehicle About Us EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Agroman and BAM Nuttall.
