This position involves working with one of the most reputable care providers in the area and will benefit from ongoing training and support to ensure you have everything you need to succeed in the role.
Please note, this role will include working weekends, sleepovers, mornings, and evenings, so flexibility is required.

Responsibilities of the Residential Worker:
* Experience working as a Support Worker in a similar setting (including SEN or PRU schools, youth work, youth offending, children's social care - desirable as full training given)
* Helping children with their emotional, physical, and developmental needs.
* Acting as an appropriate role model
* Demonstrating a positive attitude, empathy, and resilience
* Encouraging positive life experiences for the children
* Strong experience in building rapport
* Strong experience working in a team environment
* Ability to communicate in a positive and open manner
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of others
