We are seeking a Bespoke Training Consultant to join our market-leading organization.
Role Overview
To work within a matrixed sales team, targeting specific customer segments to achieve product volume and revenue growth. Responsible for co-developing and implementing the Bespoke program objectives and the Essilor Expert Customer Partnership Program.
The role involves delivering training in two key areas:
* Essilor product features and benefits, including Varilux, Transitions, and personalized lenses, along with related technologies.
* Customer best practice training to enhance practice management and product dispensing skills.
Responsibilities
1. Use consultative selling and training to support customer goals and set objectives for defined segments.
2. Communicate proactively with Business Development Managers, other Consultants, and Transitions Consultants regarding objectives and business growth targets.
3. Understand and promote digital measuring, lens personalization, patient experience, and reducing lens non-tolerance levels.
4. Analyze customer impact on profitability and revenue KPIs, focusing on key lens sales.
5. Provide world-class customer service as a business consultant.
6. Manage appointment schedules proactively.
7. Collaborate with the Instruments team to maximize practice technology and conduct post-installation training.
8. Deliver on-site and virtual training tailored to audience needs.
9. Monitor progress, support follow-ups, and log results using Salesforce.
10. Contribute to training program development through feedback.
11. Assist in growing premium lens sales and support internal departments with technical queries.
12. Maintain effective communication within internal teams and participate in trade shows as needed.
13. Keep records updated and support new product launches with field training.
14. Act as an ambassador of Essilor and its values.
Technical Skills
* Proven ability to deliver effective training and presentations to large audiences.
* Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in group and individual training environments.
* Strong presentation skills and data analysis capabilities.
* Effective time management and organizational skills.
* Experience in sales account management within the optical field.
* Knowledge of lens manufacturing, products, and the UK optical market.
