Leading insurer seeking a Customer Experience Pensions Consultant to support their BPA operations team in the North West.
Within this role, you will be responsible for implementing a new optimised customer journey, advising on how the business can improve and develop their customer experience for trustees and members. You will advise on the production of member communication templates (welcome packs, bereavement, divorce) for DB pension schemes and will oversee consumer duty regulations.
Role Requirements:
* Strong DB pensions knowledge with ideally 3-5+ years within a DB pensions operations role.
* Experience of developing and implementing customer service processes within a DB pensions context.
* Exposure to advising on the development of member communication templates.
This insurer is in the midst of ambitious growth plans and will be looking to appoint a senior leader of this team in the not too distant future. For the right individual, there is scope to be promoted into this role and manage a substantial team looking to grow to circa 50.
