Are you an administrator in Bristol who is looking for a permanent opportunity to join the legal world of conveyancing? You may already work as an administrator in a legal or property environment, or you might have some admin experience gained in a different world altogether. Either way we'd be keen to hear from you if you are naturally organised with great attention to detail!
Due to another internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a Legal Administrator in Bristol or Oxford to join our Conveyancing team. In this role you will work closely with our Conveyancers to manage any queries from our clients, draft the relevant documents, and ensure compliance to enable housing transactions goes through smoothly.

What you will do
Full training will be provided for the following if required:
1. Act as first point of contact for enquiries, providing excellent customer service to new and repeat clients
2. Initial matter set up procedures, to include production of confirmation of instruction letters, updating central records and the entering of entities and capacities on each new client/matter file
3. Provide an efficient and effective service to the Conveyancers
4. Ensure all appropriate quality service and compliance for all matters are met
5. Collate and complete due diligence to comply with Anti Money Laundering Regulations where required
6. Manage routine client telephone enquiries, to ensure all required information and details are obtained to comply with file opening requirements
What we need
7. Prior experience working within an administrative function (experience of property transactions would be ideal but is not essential)
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
9. Commitment to working within a quality standard environment
10. Strong IT skills with the ability to become familiar with new systems quickly
11. Excellent team working desire and ability
12. Availability to work on a daily basis in our Bristol or Oxford office (this is an office based role) **If applying for Oxford, you will need your own transport due to the location in OX2.
