Higher Level Teaching Assistant - SENWe are looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant with responsibility for our Nurture Provision to start as soon as possible. The successful candidate will lead our Nurture Provision under the professional guidance of the SENCO/Specialist Resource Provision Lead/Senior Leadership Team to deliver high quality teaching to individual pupils or a small group of pupils from Year 1 with high levels of special educational needs. Applicants should have significant experience of working as a teaching assistant with EYFS/KS1 children with high levels of SEN needs. Contract: Fixed term until 31 August 2025 (there may be the possibility to extend). Working pattern: Monday - Friday (5 days a week), 8:00am - 4:00pm, term-time only (includes INSET days). Salary: Grade E, Point 9 - 12, full-time equivalent: £30,189 - £31,524 per annum, pro-rata and depending on experience.
