The Recruitment Business / Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for:
1. Design and deliver in house end to end recruitment campaigns using appropriate channels to reach a range of audiences.
2. Work with specific directorates and partnering with Business Partners to understand current and future requirements.
3. Undertake market research for specific roles, to build your knowledge of the local recruitment economy and national talent trends. Proactively sharing this knowledge with colleagues and hiring managers.
4. Take a practical and hands-on role in ensuring we provide an excellent candidate experience.
5. Build talent pools and directly approach prospective candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
6. Delivery of the recruitment needs within agreed service level agreements and provide an excellent end to end customer experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
7. As a subject matter expert, provide creative advice and guidance on job adverts, social media content, interview approaches, and inclusive hiring.
8. Work closely with the Administrators, always providing clear information and instruction.
9. Manage the offer process, working within the salary pay bands and policies.
10. Build effective relationships with stakeholders, using data, market intelligence and excellent communication skills to influence managers when designing their recruitment campaign.
11. Promote the organisation externally as an employer of choice to build talent pools.
12. Support our commitment to continuous improvements and take a leading role in implementing new ways of working.
Essential Criteria:
1. Experience of directly managing end to end recruitment process, including but not limited to writing job adverts, sourcing candidates through a variety of methods (agencies, social media, talent pooling and LinkedIn), screening applications, designing the selection process, writing interview questions, and managing offers of employment.
2. Proven ability to create an outstanding candidate experience across every step of the acquisition and selection process.
3. Demonstrable commitment to diversity attraction, inclusive hiring and providing equal opportunities.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
5. Positive adoption to change and transformation, always striving for continuous improvement.
6. Proven ability to be a supportive, effective, and strong partner to other functions in HR as well as the wider organisation.
7. Understanding of recruitment reporting, data and insights.
8. Supportive team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment whilst also having your own clear responsibilities.
