Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
* Overseeing the smooth day-to-day management of the Control Room and the Patrol & Response Department
* Managing a team of Controllers & Mobile Response Officers, including recruitment, training, rotas and performance management
* Being a key figure in the SLT and ambassador of the 4 Site Way
* Strategic development and growth responsibility of the P&R department
* Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports to the business, in line with the critical targets and objectives.
* Compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to keyholding services, including data protection and security industry standards
* Preparing and managing the training plans, appraisals and distribution of Toolbox Talks for our officers
* Fleet management; ensuring the safety, legality and housekeeping of the company vehicles.
* Conducting regular site visits and inspections with strategic clients or as part of any service agreements
* Overseeing the site set ups and sign offs for new sites within the P&R department, including risk assessments and Ais
* Ensuring regular officer welfare and induction visits are attended
* Ensuring all SLAs are agreed and documented with the client
* Duty Manager responsibilities (1 in 5 weeks)

The Benefits
* £35,000 per annum.
* Hybrid role. Shared time between office, Control Room and working from home.
* A full UK driving license is required, as driving will be required with the use of a company response / pool vehicle.

The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Security Control and Mobile Manager are:
* Committed and reliable with proven experience as a Control Room and Mobile Manager or similar position.
* A strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and outstanding organisational and leadership skills.
* A working knowledge of MS Office and a security rostering system.
* Managing existing contracts or security department and ensuring client satisfaction through adhering to KPI’s and SLAs
* Someone who can demonstrate excellent people management and customer service skills.
