Evolve have an exciting partnership with a rapidly expanding pharmaceutical company, offering a fantastic opportunity as a CRM Analyst on a 6-month contract! In this dynamic role, you’ll take charge of analysing and optimising the company’s CRM system, uncovering valuable customer insights, identifying key trends, and ensuring data accuracy. You'll play a pivotal role in driving improvements and enhancing CRM effectiveness.
This a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to make an impact from anywhere!
Ideal Requirements for a CRM Analyst
* Must have previous experience of working within the Pharmaceutical industry (at least 5 years)
* Experience of working directly with Veeva.
* Experience with analytics tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Excel etc.
Role Responsibilities for a CRM Analyst
* Provide day-to-day operation support, this includes troubleshooting, triage, problem-solving, and escalate issues and incidents to relevant people.
* Define and perform data quality analysis; Identifying data quality issues and providing potential solutions to resolve them.
