SE-Solicitors is pursuing an ambitious growth plan and is looking for the right person to join the busy and thriving marketing team.
The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, we are looking for a self-motivated, adaptable, creative, and confident Marketing Coordinator to support and execute a wide range of digital and offline marketing activities. Our team markets nine distinct departments within our firm, each with unique client bases and services to promote, making our work both diverse and challenging.
You will assist the marketing team with various administrative tasks, including data management, social media, website updates, SEO, marketing materials, advertisements, events, and email campaigns. As our digital activities increasingly shift towards content marketing, particularly in the form of audio and video, your support in these areas will be essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and distribute website enquiries and email accounts
* Social media posting and scheduling to our accounts on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
* Visual creation using set templates for social media using Canva
* Website maintenance
* Client feedback activity and reporting
* Event organisation support
* Advert tweaks and resizing for print using Photoshop and Adobe Express
* Assistance with marketing materials, brochures and branding of documents
* Merchandise ordering and inventory
* Support with award submissions
* Imagery sourcing
* Client Relationship Management (CRM) administration
* Manipulation of Data from our Case Management System Proclaim
* Support with digital content such as video, video shorts and podcasts
* Support with email campaigns including Mailchimp
* Research including blog topics, new merchandise, awards, campaigns and new marketing platforms/AI
* Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) support
* Photography and selection of photos for new staff joiners

* Be an active member of the marketing team
* Help to promote the brand guidelines and control of the brand across the firm

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Preferred Experience & Knowledge:
* One year’s experience working in a marketing or communications role in a professional services organisation
* or
* Graduate with a relevant professional marketing and/or business qualification
Skills:
* Excellent communications skills – both written & verbal
* Systems and database skills – Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Adobe Creative package – Photoshop and Adobe Express
Personal Attributes:
* Motivated self-starter, highly organised team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
* Ability to manage multiple priorities
* Ability to establish and build strong working relationships with an efficient mix of confidence, tact, patience and persistence
* Excellent attention to detail, flexibility and resourcefulness, team oriented, ability to work independently
