Operations Manager – Start ASAP
Khiron Clinics provides treatment for people suffering from mental health and behavioural disorders such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD at five different units to provide for the needs of a wide range of clients with varying severity of symptoms. Khiron has residential facilities in Oxfordshire and Outpatient services in London.
All treatment is based on neurobiologically-informed treatment which focuses on the effects of dysregulation in the nervous system on both mental and physical health. This means that apart from patients having one-to-one sessions with therapists, group sessions, equine therapy, and mindfulness, treatment also focuses on bodywork in the form of tai chi, yoga, and other fitness classes.
Job Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager to manage all operational aspects of Khiron Clinics, ensuring the highest standards of care for the residents. You will be responsible for the operational well-being of residents within the Khiron Clinics, ensuring that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met, whilst helping them to achieve their full capabilities in line with the individual resident’s care plan. You will ensure the safe, smooth, and efficient running of the unit in accordance with the policies of the Company and the Registering Authority guidelines. You will also be part of the escalation process on a rota basis.

You must be able to travel to the remote location just outside of Wantage.
The hours will be between 32 and 40 per week, worked over 4 or 5 days per week, on site with flexible start/finish times.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
