A new opportunity has arisen in the Formartine Health Visiting Team. We have an 18.5 hour per week, Band 7, pro rata, Health Visiting post which will be based between Haddo Medical Practice, Pitmedden and Ellon Medical Practice. As there is a service redesign in progress within Formartine, there is an expectation that the post holder may work within both bases. This post covers a rural area and several small villages and the main town of Ellon.
Are you experienced and able to work alone and as part of a wider team? Do you have exceptional communication skills and experience of working with vulnerable families, organising Child’s Planning Meetings and taking a Lead Professional role? Do you have current knowledge and experience of child protection policy and GIRFEC? Do you enjoy the challenge of multi-disciplinary working? Are you always person-centred?
If you answer ‘Yes’, then this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for to be part of an exciting, caring and empowered team of Health Visitors and School Nurses.
Interviews will be held on Friday 18th April, 2025.
For informal enquiries please contact Julie Main on 01651 843934 or Mobile – 07557203595.
