This is a brand new, standalone role as they bring their marketing efforts in-house after years of outsourcing. They are seeking a passionate individual with a keen interest in social media to help propel their brand forward, even if you are early in your marketing / social media career. For this Marketing/Social Media role, a deep-seated passion for all social media platforms is absolutely essential. The ideal candidate will not only be familiar with the current landscape of social media but will also exhibit a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with these platforms creatively and strategically. Whether it’s crafting compelling content, analysing trends, or connecting with audiences. Day-to-day of the role: Manage and grow all social media platforms, ensuring strong engagement and growth. Utilise tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential buyers. Execute and develop creative marketing campaigns, including graphics, videos, and engaging storyboards (with static and video animations), from concept through execution. Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed. Produce and publish newsletters and design email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers. Engage in networking activities and outbound marketing initiatives to identify and connect with potential buyers. Continuously research and adapt to the latest marketing and technology trends to ensure competitive campaigns. Provide weekly reports on progress, activities, and inquiries generated.
