Join our dynamic Shared IT Service team as an IT EUC Technician at Culligan In this role, you'll provide essential first and second line support to our colleagues across various business units in the UK and Ireland. You'll play a key role in troubleshooting hardware and software issues while actively participating in IT project teams to enhance our current business systems. Key Responsibilities Respond to user requirements raised within the ServiceNow platform promptly and with a customer-focused approach, escalating issues to internal IT team members and third-party vendors as appropriate Support all end user business applications and systems including - Enterprise financial systems (IFS, Pronto, Sage and others) Liaise with 3rd party providers where appropriate for the support and on-going maintenance of the user based hardware estate including purchasing of end user equipment as necessary. Carry out starter and leaver processes as required - user accounts, hardware, performing face to face and remote IT Inductions. Administration of phone systems. Review and maintain the IT asset register for all hardware within multiple business units Remain flexible, be proactive and utilise effective communication methods May be required to be available 'on call' out of normal business hours. Assist with maintenance of the Knowledge Base system, documenting solutions and processes. Willing to travel to regional offices – including London, Woking and Wolverhampton. To undertake any other such duties as may be required arising from or reasonably compatible with this role.
