We are looking for a Quality Analyst/Tester who will oversees the entire QA process and ensures all testing activities are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to develop detailed test cases.
Execute various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, user acceptance, and end-to-end testing.
Validate the performance of features such as call routing, IVR functionality, omnichannel communication, and reporting.
