As a Deputy Manager, you will be at the heart of the customer and team experience, taking accountability for the centre in the absence of the Centre Manager. You will support the Centre Manager and team in delivering financial targets and service standards, while inspiring the team to provide outstanding service and creating a fun and safe environment for customers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Centre Manager with back of house duties and running an exceptional operation front of house
* Delivering financial targets and service standards in the four key result areas: the lanes, the bar, the diner, and the amusements
* Coaching and developing large teams to achieve their best performance
* Ensuring the centre is a fun and safe environment for customers and team members
Requirements:
* Management experience in the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry
* Passion for customer service and delivering on financial targets
* Experience of coaching and developing large teams
* Ability to work nights and weekends
