Customer Service: Product Specialist (German or French Speaking)
We're looking for new Product Specialists with a track record of delivering high-quality Customer Service, ideally online via a digital ticketing system, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Currently we have roles available for bilingual English/French and English/German speakers at a fluent level.
The Role
We're looking for a new Product Specialist with a track record of delivering high-quality Customer Service, ideally online via a digital ticketing system, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
This is an opportunity to develop an in-depth knowledge of our roof tent and accessory range to help resolve enquiries for both potential and existing customers. We interact with our customers across a range of channels, including Phone, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM's, Email and SMS).
Key Responsibilities
⏹ Reply to customer enquiries through a range of channels via the Gorgias ticketing system
⏹ Provide high-quality answers to queries to ensure they are resolved quickly and efficiently
⏹ Follow our standard processes at all times to ensure a smooth experience with returns, exchanges, etc.
⏹ Work across a range of shifts each week, which can include evenings and weekends
⏹ Adapt to changes and new processes quickly
