Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Basingstoke
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

What You'll Do:
As the Customer Service Administrator, you'll be the heart of customer interactions. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and letters
2. Processing orders and ensuring accuracy in all transactions
3. Maintaining and updating customer records with precision
4. Collaborating with our production team to provide timely updates on order status
5. Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
6. Supporting internal sales activity when following up email campaigns and advertising activity
7. Setting up new customer accounts with ease
8. Contributing to our continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
Our client believes that a great fit is crucial for success. To join their enthusiastic team, you should have:
1. Previous experience in customer service or administration, manufacturing desirable but not essential
2. Strong communication skills and a team player
3. A proactive approach to problem-solving
4. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
5. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems
6. Experience with Sage Software an advantage
7. The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
