Elective Care - Regional Manager - Offender Health Podiatry Blackburn, UK • Derby, UK • Sheffield, UK 20 January 2025 About the Role: As a Physiotherapy Manager, you will manage your own clinical caseload while expanding and developing business opportunities in offender health services. You will oversee and support a team of clinicians, ensuring that professional standards are maintained and PPH policies and procedures are adhered to. In addition, you will coordinate patient satisfaction surveys, manage clinician appraisals, and provide regular reporting to senior management. Your Day to Day: Manage a clinical caseload, including offender health patients and potentially private or staff member patients. Develop and expand new business opportunities in offender healthcare settings. Support, manage, and develop staff within offender health services. Act as the key contact person for PPH, liaising with Senior Management and other stakeholders. Maintain clinical governance standards, conducting quarterly reviews and audits. Provide recruitment and training support, including CPD sessions and clinician appraisals. Manage service delivery to ensure it aligns with contracts and meets specific KPIs. Report regularly on service activity, including statistics, trends, and analysis of clinical outcomes. Ensure the well-being of physiotherapy staff, including managing annual leave and sickness cover.
