What you will do:
* Manage a complex caseload with a high degree of autonomy, providing expert assessment, support planning, and interventions for adults with diverse needs.
* Lead and mentor less experienced team members as a Practice Educator, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
* Collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies to deliver integrated services that meet the needs of the community.
