About the role
This highly skilled nursing role involves supporting people’s holistic needs with clinical and nursing expertise. Your responsibilities include:
* Assessing, planning, and providing person-centred nursing care
* Safe medication administration
* Promoting health and wellbeing
* Being the Nurse in Charge during shifts
* Managing behaviours of concern
* Promoting choice, dignity, independence, and respect

About you
You should embody our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success, and teamwork. You’ll be a role model, calm in challenging situations, an advocate of best practice, and knowledgeable about assessment, admission, discharge processes, and the Mental Capacity Act.
You must have a valid NMC PIN and be a registered Nurse (Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disability). We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
