Job Introduction
Twinkl is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Global Senior Product Marketing Executive to join our global team in the UK. In this strategic role, you will lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies for Twinkl’s solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive product awareness, adoption, and customer engagement through innovative marketing initiatives. You will develop campaigns and initiatives across web & app marketing placements, drive seamless customer experiences, and optimise marketing performance across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor landscape, and industry trends to inform product positioning and messaging.
2. Re-evaluate the positioning and categorisation of products to align with market needs.
3. Set the stage for successful product launches by conducting thorough market research, crafting compelling messaging, and developing engaging content for various channels.
4. Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that blend online and offline tactics.
5. Develop detailed customer journey maps and identify touchpoints and strategies to market across the funnel.
6. Implement go-to-market strategies across various marketing channels, utilising A/B testing to optimise marketing messages and assets.
7. Manage the product lifecycle through continuous marketing initiatives to increase product adoption.
8. Become a core user of our CMS system and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies.
9. Develop compelling marketing materials like website copy, product descriptions, blog posts, and presentations.
10. Leverage automation, segmentation, and personalisation for effective outreach.
11. Analyse campaign performance data and leverage insights to optimise strategies and maximise ROI.
12. Communicate and report on campaign and strategy performance and provide insights for future development.
13. Collaborate closely with international marketing teams to ensure consistency and tailor strategies.
14. Stay ahead of marketing and educational technology industry trends.
15. Be the voice of the product within the company, working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in a product marketing role with a focus on both digital and physical products.
2. Background in developing and executing product marketing strategies and integrated campaigns.
3. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into effective product marketing strategies.
4. Strong focus on understanding and addressing customer needs and preferences.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Deep understanding of the education sector and the digital marketing landscape.
7. Proficient in using marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.
8. Creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing approaches.
9. Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven marketing decisions.
10. Project management proficiency with a focus on delivering impactful activations.
11. Experience working with Global markets in the USA, South Africa, Canada, or Australia (beneficial but not essential).
