Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Office Administrator to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our office, providing the highest quality of service and support to our clients and care staff.
As an Office Administrator, you will be integral to the efficient running of our office. Providing administrative support to ensure that our care services run smoothly, ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of care.
Responsibilities:
* Answer phone calls and direct inquiries from clients, families, and staff.
* Maintain accurate records and staff schedules.
* Support the finance team with invoicing, billing, and maintaining financial records.
* Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and organized office environment.
* Provide general administrative support to the management team.
* Prepare and file confidential documents, ensuring compliance with care industry regulations and confidentiality standards.
* Assist with preparing reports for senior management, as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment.
* A genuine interest in the care industry and supporting the delivery of high-quality care.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with care industry systems or scheduling software is an advantage.
* Experience working in the care industry (e.g., home care, healthcare, or elderly care).
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
