Job Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an International Financial Services business, to lead them through a period of significant change and transformation. The organisation is backed by private equity and has ambitious growth plans. The Group People Director will report to the Group CPO and will lead a team of People Directors across the UK and Europe, ensuring alignment with the global people strategy. You will act as a strategic partner to the business, driving HR transformation through the implementation of a new target operating model and re-shaping the role of HR Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and develop HR Business Partnering teams in a large, complex organisation.
2. Drive change initiatives effectively.
3. Oversee M&A activities with proven experience.
4. Deputise for the Group CPO where necessary.
5. Utilize strong influencing and communication skills to support teams through significant change.
Minimum Requirements
Suitable candidates will have a track record of successfully leading and developing HR Business Partnering teams in large, complex organisations with proven experience of driving change. You will have previous M&A experience and ideally have previous experience working in a FS or PS environment. Strong leadership skills are essential.
