Customer Team Leader
Location: 218 Hagley Road, Halesowen, B63 4QQ
Pay: £13.32 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, part time, permanent contract.
Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings from 6am, late evenings until 10pm and weekends, to be discussed at interview.
The role includes working in our instore bakery.
Full, paid training provided
You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales.
What you’ll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, managing the store and handling challenging situations.
2. Develop your team's capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture.
3. Ensure that the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational.
4. Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to enhance customer experience.
5. Support your store manager by deputising when they’re not working and delivering HR processes.
6. Lead the introduction of new products and services, encouraging feedback.
7. Build relationships and support the delivery of the local Co-op community plan.
