This is an outstanding opportunity for a Head of Marketing or accomplished Marketing Manager to get their teeth into a multi-faceted role working for a growing business in the health and wellness sector. With an ideal start date in March, this maternity cover role reports to the CEO and has full accountability for the marketing function along with the delivery of critical commercial outcomes. Part of their impressive growth plan 2025 includes launching a new business unit.
It's likely you'll have:
A track record of success in a multi-brand environment
Execution of campaigns across a range of off and on-line channels in both B2C and B2B arenas
Experience working with trade partners, affiliates or franchisees to drive business growth, acquire new customers and retain existing
A keen eye for detail and data - whilst the business is very entrepreneurial, their success is underpinned by an analytical mindsetAlong with top-notch marketing acumen, you'll be a strong communicator, able to influence and motivate both internally and externally. Presenting to dozens of stakeholders won't daunt you, nor will being called upon to produce articulate and compelling written communications. There may also be call for travel to Ireland and possibly slightly further afield. As a key player in the wellness industry, the company will appeal to anyone with an interest in health and fitness, although this isn't essential.
