Job Description
We are currently seeking a PA to provided ongoing support to a Snr C-Suite EA, on a temporary basis. Working collaboratively with the PAs to assist in maximising the effectiveness of the CPPO / Finance by efficiently planning, organising and implementing the administrative tasks they are involved with. Assisting with organising in person or virtual events for small and large groups. In addition, providing support with any non-executive directors’ requirements and to other senior PAs, as required. This role is a full office role based nr Bond St. Previous global diary, travel and visa management is must for this role
Responsibilities
* Extensive diary management working across multiple time zones, resolving conflicts.
* Drafting correspondence.
* Preparing, printing and binding presentations.
* Coordinating complex travel including meeting schedules and detailed itineraries.
* Preparing, reconciling and submitting travel and corporate expenses.
* Liaising, meeting and greeting visitors.
* Arranging events, dinners and lunches.
* Resolving conflicting issues on their behalf to ensure their time is optimised.
You will have 5 years+ PA experience supporting Executives. You will have first class communication skills, as the role required you to act as a first point of contact and gatekeeper for both internal and external individuals wishing to contact the c-suite Executive’s department, ensuring that queries are dealt with effectively, and taking the initiative to identify and handle issues that arise on behalf of the EA’s and others. A positive and can do attitude is a must, you must be abel to hit the ground running in this role.
