As a Device Analyst, you’ll manage and support our IT devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones, ensuring smooth operations and excellent user experiences.
Your role will include:
1. Handle service desk tickets, resolve issues promptly, and provide timely updates while using feedback to improve service quality.
2. Maintain documentation, troubleshoot problems, and manage the lifecycle of devices, including upgrades and relocations.
3. Contribute to key projects, plan for technology changes, and support tasks like LAN patching and asset transitions.
Please note: You could also be required to occasionally visit our Darlington office.

About you
We’re seeking a skilled and proactive IT professional to join our team. Ideally, you’ll bring:
* Service Desk Background: Experience supporting diverse user needs in a service desk or device analyst role.
* Device Management Expertise: Hands-on experience with tools like Lansweeper, PDQ Deploy, WSUS, and SCCM.
* Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Windows 10, Office, and productivity applications.
* Networking and Security Skills: Familiarity with networking concepts, remote access solutions like Cisco VPN, and security best practices.
