The post holder will be responsible for: co-ordinating, managing and being accountable for the day to day running of the Woodfield Child Development Service.
To provide strong clinical and professional leadership for Woodfield Child Development Services, which include Specialist Nurses, Child Psychologists, Children's Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapy, Paediatricians, Physiotherapy, Medical Secretaries and Pathway Coordinators.
Main duties of the job
1. To line manage the Specialist Nurses for Child Development, Child Psychology Team and CDS Admin Team.
2. To work with Service Managers for CYPOT, Physio and SLT to coordinate service delivery.
3. To work with Paediatricians to coordinate CDS service delivery.
4. To hold a small clinical caseload, of the relevant discipline, to maintain professional expertise and registration.
