Job Title: Assistant Catering Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our catering services, ensuring exceptional food quality and outstanding customer service.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of catering operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
* Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, stock levels, and employee performance.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or catering industry.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
* Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week, contracted over 5 days, with flexibility to work varied shifts as required by the business.
