This role offers an excellent opportunity to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering client centered evidence based care at Finchley Memorial Hospital, Edgware Community Hospital and East Barnet Health Centre. You will have a role developing your Physiotherapy practice and deliver evidence based rehabilitation and assessments for clients within community hospitals. Main duties of the job You will be given the opportunity to build and maintain key relationships with acute and community referrers to the services as well as partners in the community, across CLCH, including the Community Therapy and Falls Prevention Service, Stroke and Rehabilitation Units, Parkinson's Unit, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases team, Learning Disabilities, Wheelchair services and Musculoskeletal Outpatient services. This post will be responsible for the supervision of junior staff, rehabilitation assistants and students, participate in any audit or development being undertaken by the service.
